Vincent Martella
Vincent Michael Martella (born October 15, 1992) is an American actor, voice actor, and singer best known for his role as Greg Wuliger on the UPN/CW sitcom Everybody Hates Chris and for the voice of Phineas Flynn in the Disney Channel original animated show Phineas and Ferb. He is also the voice of Hope Estheim in the 2010 video game Final Fantasy XIII and its sequels Final Fantasy XIII-2 and Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII.
