Augustus Gibbons: This is some pretty surreal shit, being at your own funeral.
  • The color-shifting 1967 Pontiac GTO delivered back to Xander Cage by Ice Cube's Darius Stone at the end of this film is the exact same SFX "Flame Car" last seen atop the Charles Bridge in Prague along with Asia Argento and Samuel L. Jackson in the original 'xXx' (2002). This muscle car has been in a private collection ever since and still retains most of the original film's Special Effects equipment on board as constructed for the various practical effect sequences (flame thrower, rocket launcher, ejected hardtop roof, gauges and weaponry, etc.)
  • This is Revolution Studios' first film in 10 years, since The Water Horse: Legend of the Deep (2007)
  • On the way to recover Pandoras Box in Detroit, Xanders' team are driving a yellow van with the signs "Pork Chop Express" and "since 1985". "The Pork Chop Express" was the name of the truck driven by Jack Burton (played by Kurt Russell) in "Big Trouble in Little China", which started production in October 1985.
  • Samuel L. Jackson and Toni Collette have previously appeared in Shaft (2000).
  • The airplane that is used as a mobile base of operations, is a Boeing C-17 Globemaster III.
