Adam Rose who appears on the cover no longer is using that name or even works for the company.
Used to be called Florida Championship Wrestling.
Originally, NXT was a reality game show in which the winner received a full-time WWE contract.
Paul "Triple H" Levesque is mostly in charge of this show, most see his success running NXT as an indication of how WWE will hopefully be run in the future.
