Thomas Gerstle Abernethy (May 16, 1903 – June 11, 1998) was a member of the United States House of Representatives. He is notable for being the first to publicly cite, and draw attention to, the anti-semitic hoax A Racial Program for the Twentieth Century in support of his opposition to the Civil Rights Movement.
