Spider-Man
Spider-Man: The New Animated Series, or simply Spider-Man, is an American animated superhero television series based on the Marvel Comics character Spider-Man and produced by Sony Pictures Television. Initially intended to serve as a continuation of Sam Raimi's film Spider-Man (2002), as well as a loose adaptation of the Ultimate Spider-Man comic books by Brian Michael Bendis, the show was made using computer generated imagery (CGI) rendered in cel shading. It ran for only one season of 13 episodes, premiering on July 11, 2003, and was broadcast on cable channels MTV in the U.S. and YTV in Canada.

Electro: No... you... don't!
- The show is done using 3D computer animation technology and techniques, and is rendered to look similar to traditional cel animation. According to a behind-the-scenes documentary on the DVD release, the plan was originally to animate the characters in traditional CG, similar to "ReBoot" and other series, but it was decided the characters would look more appealing if rendered in traditional 2D cell animation style.
- Jeffrey Combs has been in two episodes, as a good professor and evil doctor.
- A glitch in the computer animation led to changes in Mary Jane and Kraven from their comic book "look". MJ's long hair and Kraven's lion-mane vest tended to pass through their bodies, so animators went with a short 'do for her, and a leather jacket for him.
- In the episode featuring the Talon Peter Parker can be seen instant messaging someone by the screen name of "GS122". GS stands for Gwen Stacy who died in issue 121-122 in Amazing Spider-Man.
- In the final episodes the character that 'Stan Lee' plays is a modified character model of one of the twins from "Flash Memory".
