Mike & Molly
Mike & Molly is a sitcom which premiered in September 2010. The show revolves around the lives of Mike Biggs, a police officer, and Molly Flynn, a schoolteacher, who meet at an Overeaters Anonymous meeting and fall in love. The series follows their relationship with each other and their two families.

- In the second episode of season 1, Molly stated that she looks like Kathy Bates in the movie Misery. On seasons 4 and 5, Kathy Bates makes a guest appearance on the show as Kay McKinnon.
- Billy Gardell and Reno Wilson had previously been police partners in Heist (2006). Billy Gardell also played Officer Hoyn on My Name is Earl.
- Cancelled after six seasons (December 13, 2015)
- According to various news reports from early 2016, "Mike and Molly" was canceled after lead actress Melissa McCarthy lost more than 50 pounds. Many of the show's jokes centered on the couples obese lifestyle. The news reported on online reports and McCarthy discussed her weight loss on national talk shows. McCarthy also began accepting high profile movie roles.
