Bill Scott
William John Scott (August 2, 1920 – November 29, 1985) was an American voice actor, writer and producer for animated cartoons, primarily associated with Jay Ward and UPA, as well as one of the founding members of ASIFA-Hollywood. He is probably best known as the head writer, co-producer and the voice of several characters from the popular Rocky and His Friends show.

- When working on the pilot for Rocky and Bullwinkle, he read the entire script to Jay Ward. Of course, he kept changing his voice for each character. After Ward approved the script, Ward decided whom he wanted to play each character except Bullwinkle. When Scott asked who was going to play Bullwinkle, Ward replied "Oh, I thought you were!".
Bill Scott is known for his role in the short Rocky and Bullwinkle (2014) as characters.
He is also known for his role in the video George of the Jungle 2 (2003) as television series.
