Mini Bio (1) Born in Illinois and moved to Florida for several years, before coming to Los Angeles; Angela Watson began professionally performing at the age of 8, winning over 200 awards for her singing and dancing talents, plus acting in a string of national television commercials.

Angela quickly caught the attention of movie producers and network TV executives, being immediately cast as a regular in the ABC comedy series "Davis Rules" with Randy Quaid and Jonathan Winters, and rising to star status for seven seasons on the CBS family comedy "Step by Step" with Patrick Duffy and Suzanne Somers, where she achieved the distinction of being the only cast member to earn an offer for a studio hold deal to develop her own television series.

Having worked nonstop in back-to-back TV shows, and other productions, she decided to take time off for college, and to clear up some serious business after finding out her parents had defrauded her out of over $2.8 million of her child actor earnings. Angela went through the court process and won reimbursement of her money and property, and becoming a Screen Actors Guild leader to young performers, not only working to get laws in place to protect child actors, but she also established the CAST Foundation that provides free accountants, investigators and attorneys to help young performers who have been victimized.

Angela is the national spokesperson for HugsAmerica Charity Events, that offers assistance to everything from child abuse and domestic violence victims, to abandoned or endangered animals, and providing wheelchair accessible vans for families caring for the disabled and the elderly.
