Vincent John Cusano (born August 6, 1952), better known by his stage name Vinnie Vincent, is an American guitarist and songwriter. He is a former member of the rock band Kiss from 1982 until mid-1984 during the band's transition out of their 1973–1983 makeup period. Vincent was the last member to wear a unique makeup/costume configuration, as the character of the Ankh Warrior (a design created by Paul Stanley), until he and the band were first shown without the makeup during an interview on MTV in September 1983. He also was the leader of his own band, Vinnie Vincent Invasion.

  • KISS was awarded a Star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame for Recording at 7080 Hollywood Boulevard in Hollywood, California.
  • Played on a few songs and even wrote some songs on the KISS album, "creatures of the night", even though Ace's face is on the cover. Vincent, along with guitarists Bob Kulick and Steve Ferris (of Mr. Mister) subbed for the departed Ace Frehley.
  • Other bands he had played for include: Laura Nyro Band, Dan Hartman Band and Flasher.
  • Instruments Played: Electric guitar, acoustic guitar, 12-string guitar, bass guitar, and a double neck pedal steel that he fools around with.
  • Later on, "Vinnie Vincent Invasion" turned into a relatively successful band of the 80s, Slaughter.
