Victoria
Victoria is a British historical television drama series created and principally written by Daisy Goodwin, starring Jenna Coleman as Queen Victoria. The series premiered in the United Kingdom on ITV on 28 August 2016 with eight episodes, and in the United States on PBS on 15 January 2017; PBS supported its production as part of the Masterpiece anthology.

- HRH, The Duke of Cumberland (later King Ernest of Hannover) did in fact have a son who was blind and became, after his fathers death, His Majesty King George V Hannover. He was never known as Lord Cumberland.
- Jenna Coleman Lily James, Cara Delevingne, Emilia Clarke and Chloë Grace Moretz were on the shortlist for the lead. The part was given to Jenna Coleman.
- The role of Prince Ernest was originally cast as the son of Lord Cumberland (Peter Firth) and was in fact blind. However, Lord Cumberland never had a son and Prince Ernest was infact Albert's brother. The role of Lord Cumberland's son was replaced by his Nephew, Prince George.
- Jenna Coleman and Tom Hughes both previously starred in Stephen Poliakoff's Dancing on the Edge (2013).
- Real rats were used for the palace infestation and Victoria's birthday party scenes.
