Tribune Broadcasting Company, LLC was an American media company which operated as a subsidiary of Tribune Media, a media conglomerate based in Chicago, Illinois. The group owned and operated 43 broadcast television stations and one radio station throughout the United States; it also held full or partial ownership of three cable television and two national digital subchannel networks.
