The Boss Baby: Family Business
The Boss Baby: Family Business (known in other territories as The Boss Baby 2) is a 2021 American computer-animated comedy film loosely based on the 2010 picture book The Boss Baby and its 2016 sequel The Bossier Baby by Marla Frazee, produced by DreamWorks Animation, and distributed by Universal Pictures. The second installment in The Boss Baby franchise and the sequel to the 2017 film, the film is directed by Tom McGrath, from a screenplay by Michael McCullers with a story by McGrath and McCullers, and stars the voices of Alec Baldwin, James Marsden, Amy Sedaris, Ariana Greenblatt, Jeff Goldblum, Eva Longoria, Jimmy Kimmel, and Lisa Kudrow. The plot follows the now-adult Templeton brothers (Baldwin and Marsden) who are brought back together after the new Boss Baby (Sedaris) requests their help to stop a professor (Goldblum) from erasing childhoods worldwide.

- Both Boss Baby films release the same year as a My Little Pony film. The Boss Baby (2017) released the same year as My Little Pony: The Movie (2017) and The Boss Baby: Family Business (2021) released the same year as My Little Pony: A New Generation (2021).
- Tabitha has a pet fish in her room. His inclusion in the movie was because director Tom McGrath, had lost his own beloved pet fish of 10 years shortly after the first Boss Baby was wrapping up and thought it was a nice way to honor his memory.
- Both Alec Baldwin (Ted) and James Marsden (Tim) starred together in the final two seasons of 30 Rock (2006) and both played similar character types. Baldwin played wealthy NBC executive Jack Donaghy while Marsden played Liz Lemon's boyfriend Criss Chros, a playful creative who doesn't make nearly as much money as Jack. Coincidentally in this film, Tim's daughter is named Tina, while Tina Fey played Liz Lemon.
- At the end of the first Boss Baby, the new Boss Baby, Tina is blonde. In the second film, Tina is brunette.
- The logo for Baby Corp has changed from blue to pink since the first movie, now that the Boss Baby is a girl.
