She is best known for her roles as Cyndie in AMC's The Walking Dead, Gabby Phillips in Instant Mom, Caitlin Park-Lewis in Pretty Little Liars: The Perfectionists and Makani Young in the Netflix film There's Someone Inside Your House.

- In February 2022, Sydney was featured in the music video for Big Time Rush‘s new song, Not Giving You Up.
- During the auditions for America’s Got Talent, her immense talent was noticed by the Disney executives and they decided to cast her in the TV show, That’s So Raven.
