Shanna and Travis meet in the summer of 2002. While Travis was in the process of divorcing his then wife Melissa Kennedy. In January 2003 Shanna had gotten pregnant for her and Travis' first child Landon. In October 2003 Shanna and Travis got engaged and had their first child together. In October of 2004 Shanna and Travis got married in 2005 they had a reality show on MTV called Meet The Barkers. In April 2005 Shanna got pregnant for her and Travis 2nd child. In December 2005 Shanna gave birth to their 2nd Child Alabama. August 2006 Travis filed for divorce. November 2006 Shanna had a "divorce party" in Vegas. December 2006 Shanna and Travis were seen out and about together. And as for March 2007 Shanna and Travis are back together. As of July 2007 Shanna and Travis split up.

Barker and Moakler to wed again

Rocker Travis Barker and Shanna Moakler are planning to wed again - just a year after finalizing their divorce.

The couple ended its two-year marriage in 2006, but became close again after the Blink-182 drummer almost died in a plane crash in South Carolina in September 2008.

Barker and pal Adam `DJ AM` Goldstein were the only survivors of the tragedy, which left four dead.

And the rocker and his ex admit the crash was the inspiration behind their decision to become man and wife once again.

Former beauty queen Moakler tells Us Weekly magazine, "We would like to renew our vows and have another wedding."

"It`s not so much about the wedding but about having a celebration of each other and getting through all the crazy things we`ve been through."

"When you almost lose a loved one, it makes you appreciate things you took for granted."

The two still live together despite their contentious divorce, a source says it's to make things easier on the family.

On August 8, 2006, Barker filed for divorce from Moakler after nearly two years of marriage. The couple's divorce was made public as each used their MySpace pages to air their feelings on the matter. Despite their pending divorce, reports surfaced in early 2007 that Barker and Moakler were "quietly trying to give it another go" as they were reportedly seen autographing a fan's book, with a heart around their names. In March 2007, Moakler revealed to People magazine that she and Barker (still married) were back together, but denied that she was pregnant. This admission came after the couple were publicly affectionate at a surprise birthday Barker threw for his wife in Miami. People.com later reported that the couple had separated again. No reason was given for the split. Barker and Moakler were seen together at the 2007 Video Music Awards kissing and holding hands. However, as of February 11, 2008, the couple's divorce had been finalized.

Barker and Moakler were together during a DJ set Barker was playing with DJ AM in Las Vegas on January 7, 2009. The couple attempted to rekindle their relationship in early 2009, but announced that they were no longer together on April 1, 2009.

On December 7, 2014, the police were called to Barker and Moakler's shared home in Los Angeles after the former couple were engaged in a verbal altercation. Criminal threats were made against one another, which led to both Barker and Moakler getting arrested. No charges were filed against either party.

As of June 2016, Barker and Moakler are on good terms, successfully co-parenting their two children. They also put their contentious 2008 divorce and custody battle behind them.
