Courtney Clarke: Damn... That's a big ass!
  • This will mark the fourth film from Adam Sandler and Netflix after The Cobbler (2014), The Ridiculous 6 (2015), and The Do-Over (2016). It is also the fourth collaboration with Steven Brill and Adam Sandler after Little Nicky (2000), Mr. Deeds (2002), and The Do-Over (2016).
  • Many script rewrites were necessary throughout filming this feature as attempts to match the quality of other recent Sandler films. Similar treatments have been done in Sandler's previous Netflix movies, along with Pixels, That's My Boy, Grown Ups, Grown Ups 2, etc. The original script had planned to feature a few comedy moments to improve the viewing experience and did not enforce any silly voices upon the main cast of characters.
  • In the movie Grown Ups, during the beginning of the movie you see him talking with his agent, Sandy, on his cell phone. The agent he is speaking to is Sandy Wernick, who the movie Sandy Wexler is based off of.
  • The house that Sandy lives in is the same house used in the Godfather when Tom Hagen meets with movie producer Jack Woltz, preceding the iconic severed horse head scene.
  • This will mark the third film from Adam Sandler and Netflix after The Ridiculous 6 (2015), and The Do-Over (2016). It is also the fourth collaboration with Steven Brill and Adam Sandler after Little Nicky (2000), Mr. Deeds (2002), and The Do-Over (2016).
