- DREAM CAREER: He plans to get into video production (mtvs and commercials), as creative director and cinematographer.
- HOW HE GOT INTO MORNINGS@GMA: Over dinner with the barkada, Paolo (Bediones) talked him into trying out for the show. Ryan auditioned (which he claims was a disaster), had several weeks of test-hosting, until finally he was called in as a regular. (He joined the show in April of `99).
- FIRST COMMERCIAL: Penshoppe. At 14, he was part of Club Pen `94, together with Paolo Bediones. Since then, he`s been part of numerous (he has lost count) commercials. Asked how many VTR tests he had to go through before he became part of an ad, Ryan quips, "2 MILLION!"
- Directs music videos and billboard projects. Will direct music videos for industry professionals as well as for school friends.
- Resemblance to Daniel Radcliffe (moviedom`s Harry Potter) has been noted by friends and fans. Referred to as the Philippines` (and Judy Ann Santos`) "Harry Potter." He is flattered and amused by the teasing.
