Mother's Day
Mother's Day is a 2016 American romantic comedy film directed by Garry Marshall and written by Marshall, Tom Hines, Lily Hollander, Anya Kochoff-Romano and Matt Walker. It features an ensemble cast, including; Jennifer Aniston, Kate Hudson, Shay Mitchell, Julia Roberts, Jason Sudeikis, Timothy Olyphant, Britt Robertson, Jack Whitehall, Héctor Elizondo, and Margo Martindale. Filming began on August 18, 2015, in Atlanta, Georgia. It was the final film of Marshall's career prior to his death in July 2016.

- Caitlyn Jenner wore the same dress to the ESPYS that Julis wore to the her daughter wedding scene. But Caitlyn wore it in white. Julia wore it in Pink.
- Jennifer Aniston and Jason Sudeikis fifth movie together. They also acted together in The Bounty Hunter (2010), Horrible Bosses (2011) , We're the Millers (2013), and Horrible Bosses 2 (2014).
- This is the 4th film by Garry Marshall that has featured Larry Miller, Julia Roberts & Hector Elizondo. The other films are: Valentine's Day (2010) and Pretty Woman (1990). And Run Away Bride.
- In the soccer scene, Coach's line "Yeah, there's no texting in soccer, okay? I mean, there's running and jumping, eye contact, laughing, there's even crying. There's no texting" is a clear homage to Tom Hanks' famous line "There's no crying in baseball" in Gary's A League of Their Own (1992).
