Monique Margreet van der Werff (Haarlem, 6 September 1982) is a Dutch actress.
Van der Werff was born in Haarlem but grew up in Zandvoort. After finishing high school at the Coornhert Lyceum in Haarlem, she followed courses at De Nieuw Amsterdam (2000-2001), Amsterdams Theater Academy (2001-2002) and the Cabaret Academy Paul Rooyakkers (2002).
Her television appearance began with the role of Suzy in Onderweg Naar Morgen (2002-2003). She also played the leading role (Denise) in her film debut Loverboy (2003). She gained national fame mainly through her role as punker Taffie in the series ZOOP (2004-2006) and through the films Zoop in Africa, Zoop in India and Zoop in South America. Van der Werff has been on display as a wax statue in Madame Tussauds Amsterdam since 2005.
In addition to television and film, the passion of Van der Werff is theater. She played roles in Tartuffe (2003), Hurly Burly (2005) and Injury Time.
In 2007, Van der Werff also participated in So You Wannabe a Popstar ?.
