A great website. Lumsden Hare was not Irish. He was born in Pimlico, London. his brothers were John Henry Hare who was also an actor but went on to own 3 theatres in Dunfermline, Scotland. His other brother was James Hare who owned the County Theatre in Bangor, Wales.l
