- Durant's is still operating in Phoenix Arizona. Patrons go in through the back door, through the kitchen, into the restaurant. It makes you feel like you're a regular.
- One of the lines Tom sizemore yells is "Hey Mike!" and the gaffer on set's name was Mike, so he came running on set going "Here I am! What?! What happened?! Whaddaya need Tom?!?!" and ruined one of the shots.
- Michael Richards had been cast as Dizzy Dean, but for unknown reasons was replaced with Jon Gries.
- The beer Kilt Lifter from Tempe brewery Four Peaks will have a cameo
- Filmed in eight days.
