David Dayne Glass (September 2, 1935 – January 9, 2020) was the former president and chief executive officer of Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. He is also the former owner and chief executive officer of the Kansas City Royals. In August 2019, Glass agreed to sell the team to Cleveland Indians vice chairman John Sherman, pending approval from Major League Baseball and its remaining owners.. On November 6, 2019, Glass officially sold the team to Sherman.
