Milano and Bugliari married on August 15, 2009 in New Jersey, at the home of Bugliari's family. In February 2011, it was announced that Milano and Bugliari were expecting their first child, a baby boy. On August 31, 2011, she gave birth to a son named Milo Thomas Bugliari, at 9:27 a.m. He weighed 7 lbs., and was 19 inches long. On March 21, 2014, Milano's rep announced the couple's second child was on the way. On September 3, 2014 Alyssa gave birth to her baby girl Elizabella Dylan Bugliari weighing 7 lbs., 7 oz. and measured 19½ inches long.
