To Create a Communications Forum .. it would be better to Edit the forum and Give a few Specific Issues to Debate or Converse about ... Easy to do ... Creating Editor has the Edit Option to any Forum created by them ... And a Comment to get the discussion started would also be advisable ... Just To Get others Enthused or Excited.
