HE, OMG yes! even more stupid to have sex fully clothed.

Lauren's a dictator then? Lol

HilaryExtreme 3 mins ago

and contradictory, because in the most important sex scene, which was the first time of Geralt and Yen, the two were fully clothed

HC, she said her writers begged for her to put the timeline on the screen but she was just no.

HE, gaahd! that djinn scene was so stupid! She did not have to be (un)dressed that way to do a frickin ritual! It irks me so much!

I think it's acceptable in every scenario if it serves the plot. Not just for sex scenes and not every sex scene needs to be explicit. But what Lauren did... Lady Clueless.

I'm quite curious now. She always makes it a point to mention that they hired a diverse group of writers. Fine. But did she hire someone who would have the balls to say, "no, that's not how it should be" to her? A senior writer (with the same experience as her, or maybe more), instead of mostly juniors and newbies who would be afraid to speak up (just like her main actress who I feel was so poorly treated having to expose herself so many times in the entire series unnecessarily)

Show br**sts, or any other intimate part of a woman's body, in an OK sex scene. But Yen in djinn's scene and in the transformation of her body, no. Even in the bathtub scene with Geralt it was not necessary

I don't think Ciri was necessary for S1. She didn't do much except running and screaming. And I absolutely stunned they missed the opportunity of a real father-daughter relationship and didn't cast a younger 10-12 yo actress. One part of the audience will never see them as a father-daughter because of.... I don't even want to write it, we all know.
